Description

The Maxxis Assegai WT 29×2.50″ DD TR 3C MaxxGrip 120×2 folding tyre is a top-level enduro and downhill tire developed with input from Greg Minnaar. It features tall, closely spaced knobs that provide consistent grip and control on dry, loose, and wet terrain. The 3C MaxxGrip compound ensures maximum traction and damping for aggressive riding, while the DoubleDown (DD) dual-ply casing offers downhill-level protection with reduced weight compared to full DH casings. Tubeless Ready construction allows for lower pressures and better traction, and the Wide Trail (WT) design is optimized for modern rims with an inner width of 30–35 mm.
